The Friends of the Alamance County Public Libraries is a 501-(C)-3 nonprofit group formed to serve as a vibrant, active advocate of local libraries, education, and literacy. We are a totally volunteer organization whose members spend hundreds of hours each year in support of our cause.
The books, DVDs, and CDs available at our sales were donated by people like you! You can drop off up to three boxes at any ACPL branch. For larger donations, use our Contact Us page to arrange for us to coordinate with you. Sorry, but we do not accept encyclopedia sets over five years old, magazines, cassettes, VHS tapes, or Readers' Digest Condensed Books.
Are you passionate about supporting libraries and literacy? Let us know! We are always looking for volunteers to help us make our vision a reality. We'll help you find a way to volunteer that best suits you. We'd love to have you join the team!
